Deep tissue massage works the areas that are causing you a lot of pain by using intensive, concentrated pressure to release chronic muscle tension and break down knots. Your massage therapist will work back from the pain and find the cause and depending on the time available will also treat this area that is causing your pain as well. Indian head massage includes massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face, ears which balances energy. Indian head massage is based on the traditional form of Champi (head massage) practised in India for over 1,000 years.
Indian head massage is wonderfully relaxing. The massage is preferred by some as it is possible to have an Indian head massage whilst remaining fully clothed.
